GBFS (Granulated Blast Furnace Slag)
GBFS (Granulated Blast Furnace Slag) is a sustainable byproduct of steel production, created through rapid water quenching of molten slag. As an eco-friendly supplementary cementitious material (SCM), GBFS enhances concrete performance by improving durability, reducing heat generation, and lowering carbon emissions compared to traditional Portland cement.

GGBFS (Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag)
Granulated Blast Furnace slag (GBFS) is a by-product from the iron making process. It is produced when smelting iron ore in a bast furnace to separate iron from the minerals present in the ore. The hot slag molten liquid to be cooled or quenched by water very rapidly from about 1400°c-1500°c, to minimise crystallisaion and to produce amorphous (or glassy) slag. The rapid cooling associated that creates a granular glassy material which gives blast furnace slag its cementitious properties. In addition to the mineral fraction of the ore. it also contains the minerals added as process additions in the blast furnace. in particular limestone or dolomite .The chemical composition of blast furnace slag is close to the one of clinker. Ground Granulated Blast Furnace slag (GGBFS) is formed when GBFS is further processed and ground to a suitable fineness.

Concrete Fiber
Fibers are an ideal ingredient for use in concrete and mortars as a method for improving these materials where they may otherwise have weaknesses. Concrete fibers reduce shrinkage crack formation and crack widths whilst also increasing performance in abrasion resistance and fire resistance. lmprove load capacity and ductility and protection against freeze-thaw cycles. Additional benefits such as Better cohesion in the fresh concrete, Higher flexural and shear strengths, reduction or el imination of reinforcing steel andincreased durability etc.

Microsilica (Silica Fume)
Micro Silica . also called Slica Fume. it is byproduct of production silicon metal or ferrosiicon. It consists primarily of amorphous(non-crystaline) silicon dioxide(SiO2), its average granule diameter is 0.10-0.20um (micron), specific surface area is 15000-2700m2kg, and it has extremely strong surface active. TJSW has been manufacturing and supplying micro silica since 2008. We provide different grades, densities and applications of micro silica that complies with ASTM C 1240,AS/NZS 3582.3:2016, EN13263:2005 and JIS A 6207: 2006 standards. Set ting up our own collection systems at large-scale silicon metal and ferrosilicon factories to ensure the consistency and stability of quality. The recycle, densify and filling processes are automatically integrated in a closed environment without any mixture or impurities. 5000 m2 warehouse nearby Tianjin xingang and Shanghai port to ensures timely shipments and large amounts cargo shipments.

Ferrous Sulfate
The industrial by-product ferrous sulfate heptahydrate (FeSO4.7H2O) produced in the production process of sulfuric acid titanium dioxide can reduce the water-soluble hexavalent chromium (Cr6+) in cement to trivalent chromium (Cr3+) and precipitate it in cement because ferrous sulfate has very strong reducibility in the air, so as to solve the problem of high hexavalent chromium (Cr6+) content in cement.

Fly Ash
Fly ash (FA) is the principal industrial waste byproduct from the burning of solid fuels. FA is a powdery solid that is constituted mostly of unburned carbon (UC), metal oxides (Si, Fe, Ca, and Al), and other inorganic substances. In the last decades, fly ash-based geopolymer has arisen as a propitious new cement alternative in the field of construction and building materials.
